New Teen Space in the works at GPL

New and improved things are happening for teens at GPL. Right now there is a new physical teen space under way. The area is specifically for teens to hang out, do homework etc. The teen space is located on the first floor by the windows conveniently close to the computers and the Red Poppy Coffee Shop. A couple of months ago Teen Advisory Board members and other assorted volunteers moved the books, magazines, and videos. (See the before picture below) At the moment, the space is being painted red. Apple Red. Very Red. The color was chosen by the Teen Advisory Board and will look spectacular. There are more things in store such as removable stickers for the walls, new rugs, and new booths.
